Day1 : Cochin
(Afternoon) Arrive at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, where our representative will greet you. Transfer to your hotel and check in. (Evening) Overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin to Munnar
(Morning) After breakfast, drive to the hill station of Munnar, passing through the scenic Western Ghats. En route, visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, and a spice plantation. Check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Munnar. Visit the Spice Plantation, Wonder Valley Adventure Park and Jeep safari (Optional). (Evening) Check into the hotel at Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar Stay
(Morning)Start the day with a hearty breakfast, and go to visit the major attractions – Eravikulam National Park. (Afternoon) Mattupetty dam, on the way down pass via Echo Point, Photo Point. Then visit Kannan Devan Tea Museum, which provides an interesting insight into the history, culture, and tea plantation (Evening). Transfer to the hotel and have a visual treat of Kerala folk dance form “Kadhakali or the ancient martial art “Kalaripayatt”. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 4 : Munnar to Thekkady
(Morning) After breakfast checkout from Munnar and proceed to Thekkady, proceed to Periyar Tiger Reserve and enjoy the boat ride in the Periyar Lake. Please book a boating ticket online in advance to avoid rush, as given below: https://www.periyartigerreserve.org
(Afternoon) Jungle border safari (Optional). Thekkady Jungle Safari is going through the natural forest off-road to enjoy the backwoods of the Periyar Tiger Reserve Forest. (Optional). Elephant ride (Optional). Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady to Alappuzha
(Morning) After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey. And check into the Houseboat. Enjoy the evening cruise Ride at the scenic backwaters of Alleppey. Enjoy the backwaters of Kerala by getting a glimpse of the village. Surrounded by dense greenery, including countless coconut trees that lean over the waters, these backwaters are navigated by all sorts of traditional boats, most famously by the Kerala River boats. (Evening) Enjoy the sunset & overnight stay at the hotel in Alleppey.
Day 6: Alleppey to Cochin Drop
(Morning) Check out of the hotel, proceed to Cochin. After, we see at Cochin, Fort Kochi, the architectural style of the buildings and the town layout easily make Fort Kochi distinct from other cities and towns of Kerala. Since Fort Cochin was under the possession of the Portuguese, the Dutch and the British at different points in time, the region still bears the influence of European architecture, Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, and Mattancherry. (Evening) Drop off at Cochin International Airport or the railway station.
Terms and Conditions
Confirmation Policy:
- As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Kerala Sight Tours and Travels.
- The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.
Payment Policy:
- Confirmation of the tour package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance.
- Another 50% One-month/week prior.
- Balance 25% to be paid prior to the commencement of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on a definite arrival basis.
- Hotel Reservations are subject to the availability of rooms at the time of advance payment.
- There may be a change in hotel or rooms according to availability
- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services after the booking is made with us, charges would be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 60 days or more before the date of travel, 10.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternative feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
Refund Policy:
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be made through Kerala Sight’s official bank account.
